Lenten Soup Supper & Book Study

  • 1819 Heights Boulevard Houston, Texas 77008 United States of America (map)

The Killing was the winner of the 1984 Winfred Mary Stanford Prize. Its author, Richard Holloway, is the resigned former Bishop of Edinburgh and Primus of the Scottish Episcopal Church. Join us in the Parish Hall on Thursdays during Lent for soup, study, and fellowship as we dive into this unique meditation on the death of Christ. This out-of-print text will be provided at no cost to participants by emailing Clint at cbrown@saecheights.org. Supper begins at 6 PM; the program at 6:30 PM. Please let Clint know if you can provide soup for the first dinner (3 volunteers needed with one meatless option).
