Using The Path, a unique, excerpted version of Scripture designed to distill the overarching story of the Bible in a clear, easy to read format, we'll gain a deeper understanding of Scripture's message, its stories, and its role for Christian faith and life. Beginning with Genesis and ending with the powerful words of the prophets, we'll hear of creation and fall, slavery and freedom, faithfulness and idolatry, sin and forgiveness. Along the way, we'll discern how the story of the Old Testament can help us tell our own story of life with God and one another. All are welcome to join, especially those with no previous Bible study experience! Contact Rev. Bradley Varnell, bvarnell@saecheights.org, for information on how to join.
